Relay for Life

I decided to join the committee of the local relay for life this year. I'm afraid my team is off to a slow start, though. I've only had 1 meeting and only 2 people showed up! My top participant from last year hinted that this year wouldn't be as active for her. I haven't been putting much effort in myself and I don't really know why. Hopefully I can kick my own can in gear if I'm to motivate others!
